How To Increase Golf Swing Speed – Hip Rotation Stretch Tip

    I think this can work really well for the baseball swing as well. I don’t play golf I play baseball and I am trying to find a way to swing faster. I am learning about the human body and I am starting to think that the lack of flexibility and strength in certain muscles can simply affect mechanics. Your body can only do what it is allowed to do. Restrictions in any joint(s) in the body will cause power leakage throughout the kinetic link.

    @jkpassage Hey Jeff! That’s great. This is such an easy stretch to do at home or in your office, that there’s no excuse not to do it at least daily. You’ll see a big improvement in your hip rotation quickly if you do this stretch consistently.

    Try letting that knee bend just a bit. Just enough to take the stress of the joint.
